At Kinivo Pets, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times for orders within the United States are:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Shipping Time: 7–15 Business Days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–18 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

We are thrilled to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements—the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become available after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Customs or transportation disruptions

  • Other unforeseen logistical issues

Kinivo Pets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Kinivo Pets is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item(s), if applicable

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and find an appropriate resolution.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO Addresses

Certain products may also be unavailable for delivery to specific locations due to carrier restrictions.
